The Ithiri bungalow is a compact, self-contained home: one open studio with a sleeping and living area, a private shower room and a kitchenette, opening onto its own terrace. Built as a separate structure on your plot, it gives your property a flexible second unit without touching the main villa’s layout.

Use it however the moment calls for: a private suite for guests or family, quarters for staff or a caretaker, a quiet work studio, or a second key that earns its own rental income. Because it shares your plot and your build, it is delivered turnkey and furnished alongside the villa.
